    Cancellation Policy
    Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order (EXCEPT: customized items and rush orders). After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order/s will have already entered the processing phase.

     

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

    Exchanges
    Customers who bought items from Oraclexpress can apply for return/exchange up to thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, where day one is the receipt date.

    As we're sure you understand, in order for us to to re-sell the item, it will need to be returned to us as follows:
    - Brand new and unworn
    - Unwashed
    - Free from any odors, stains, marks, hair, or fur, etc.
    - All tags still attached
    - Ready for resale

    **Valid reasons for return and exchange include the following:

    -Product that is fundamentally different in nature from the product specified in the website;
    -Faulty, defective, or damaged product;
    -Product that is not as advertised on the website;
    -Wrong item is delivered;
    -Change of size

    **Invalid reasons for return and exchange (under the Consumer Act of the Philippines RA 7394):

    -Change of mind (includes change in color)
    -Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
    -Discovery of the lower price of the same item from another store

    If valid for return, and replacement is not an option, a customer credit voucher/gift card of the same value shall be issued.

    Selected item/s for exchange may be of the same or higher value as the original item being returned. The price difference of item/s with higher value than the original item must be paid. Customer waives any excess amount if item chosen for exchange has lower value than the original item.
